I found the location very central. The rooms were very clean. The air conditioning worked excellently. The shower was a good size however hot water fluctuated.

The elevator only fits one person and no luggage. I found baggage storage a bit of a joke. It took me a while to open the storage room door with the key and the staff offered no assistance.

central location was great

perfect location double bed

the location worked really well for me. it was near many attractions. the staff helped me find places and booked me a taxi to the bus station. they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed. the staff were kind when i tripped and fell on my first day too.

the elevator was small. it only fit one person. it felt slow to me and other guests. i had to wait sometimes.

helpful staff luggage storage double bed central location

The staff assisted with luggage storage, allowing me to leave a trolley case at a sister hotel. They promptly arranged a cab to the bus station and provided helpful advice about local attractions. Upon arrival, I received a single room that included a double bed. The central location made exploring the area easy. Staff showed concern after I tripped and sustained minor injuries.

The elevator was quite small and could only accommodate one person at a time.
